Infratec is a company that specialises in water pipe renewals and has provided services to many of the major Victorian water authorities.
Interflow’s Managing Director Geoff Weaver said “We are excited by the acquisition of this significant shareholding in Infratec. Infratec has an excellent reputation in the industry and we see a very good strategic fit between the two companies.

Infratec will continue to operate as a stand-alone entity and the existing management team remains in place.
